We here at D&B begin this incredible journey of associating by understanding our clients and their requirements. Our approach to the planning and design process is to create partnerships with our clients. We spend our time talking with them to understand their functional, technical and emotional requirements.

We dream

On identifying the requirements of the project, we set forward igniting concepts for the workspace design with references, inspirational ideas and innovative thoughts. This leads us to create a layout plan and mood board that later evolves to be a presentation and proposal. We then move on to the next phase once we get the approval for the same.

We draw

We transform these concepts and ideas into breathtaking visualisations to get a real sense of the space. Our creative teams works to ensure the new office design personifies the brand, enriches the company culture, people and drives performance in the organisation.

We detail

With the final concept and design in hand, we work up detailed drawings so that every element is thoughtfully considered. We ensure that all technical drawings including, electro-mechanical, plumbing, AC, partitioning, ceiling, flooring, lighting, joinery, glass, finishes and furniture of the building are carefully detailed and subjected to the implementation team for final vetting and execution.

We do

We provide complete integration of design, project management, and on-site execution. With this our clients are able to benefit from a single point of accountability through the course of the project – from concept development to move-in. Our implementation teams are well experienced, efficient and follows quality-oriented construction practices, excellent finishing, and attention to detail. Our implementation process is unique in a way that the project costing estimation begin in the design phase itself. This ensures that cost parameters and timelines are maintained.
